My daughter Talia participated in the Graduate Conducting Recital last night at the University of Louisville School of Music. Ruthanne Fulton was the conductor and it was a partial fulfillment of her Master of Music Degree. Talia is part of the University Chorus and was also featured as part of the trio finale, singing Siksik Si Bantu Manikkam. She’s the young lady with the Zumba hair on the left side of the conductor (right side of the forward trio).
She’s one of the altos with the chorus and while she is not a music major, her study is in music therapy, she enjoys performing and she has since elementary school. It probably helps that she’s really good. Yes, I know it’s the father in me, but that’s also the truth. See the full gallery below.
