Another honor came my way when the Voice-Tribune sent me to cover Wednesday’s Forge LogoFest 2012 at Salvo in NuLu. The idea to leave your suit at home and come in your company logo drove the attendees to come and discuss funding for their ideas. Lauren O’Neil (above) didn’t come in logo but spoke to those that did.
The Forge Louisville organization gathers a group of innovators and finds financiers, vendors and other change agents. I met young people with great ideas along with angel investors and others with the expertise to effectively bring those great ideas to the public. As you can see from the photo above, Mayor Greg Fischer supports the cause.
The event’s speaker, Mike Bott, came in from Cincinnati where he runs The Brandery and he spoke with the assembled audience about what they can do to tap into their greatest assets. Find the preview gallery below and look for the full gallery in the Voice-Tribune and at Voice-Tribune.com.
