
There are some really cool perks to writing the UofL sports beat for Louisville.com. Top of the list right now means I get to cover a Top 10 football program. Earlier today, I entered the press box and took my seat with the rest of the media as we expected a pretty good game out of those University of Louisville Cardinals.

The Cards didn’t disappoint. Teddy Bridgewater played so well that the Heisman Trophy talk has to continue about him. He’s a long shot because of his sophomore status, but next year will have his name swirling around on a bunch of sports writers lips. Meanwhile he continues to drive the Cards to victory with crisp passes and great decision-making ability.
