Dia de los Muertos on 4th Street

One of the big reasons the family wanted to settle in Old Louisville was the fact that there are cool things to do. Friday night some of the merchants on 4th Street got together for a Dia de Los Muertos celebration.

We thought the crowd would be bigger early on but the clouds, recent rain, cold, Hansen concert and Breeder’s Cup conspired against it. It was still a lot of fun and Misty and I felt like it was part of the stuff we want to do. And keep doing. Living that Old Louisville life (even though technically, this wasn’t an Old Louisville event) agrees with us, and my camera, as you can see.
